Villa Mia is a luxurious holiday house of superior design which has been constructed with high quality materials. This dream house can accommodate up to 11 people and is ideal for families or group of friends. It is located 2 km outside Rethymno town, at the quiet area of Tria Monastiria, but it is still just a short minute’s drive away from the beach, the restaurants and the main attractions of Rethymno.
Villa Mia covers 250 m2 and extends in two floors. The ground floor hosts the living and dining area and has big windows which allow the sun to enter and offer great sea view at the same time. In the living room there is a cozy fireplace and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The modern fully equipped kitchen of the residence is also located on the ground floor. A wc is available at the same level while a bathroom with a shower is available on the lower floor.
All the bedrooms of Villa Mia are smartly decorated, have air-conditioning, provide superior quality mattresses and fine cotton bed linen. The master bedroom is situated on the first floor, features a double bed, a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Two more bedrooms with single beds can be found on the first floor. The fourth bedroom which has a double bed is located on the ground floor and opens to the garden of the house.
The outdoor space of Villa Mia is really big with many shaded sitting areas, BBQ facilities, a fresh water heated swimming pool (including children’s pool) and children’s playground. Sun beds and umbrellas are available around the swimming pool. Due to its position the villa offers amazing panoramic view of Rethymno town and the sea.
