The rooster's holiday house is located on the main square of Spili village next to the famous fountain with the lion heads and the eternal plane trees. The building where the property is, is over 200 years old and here is where the first motel of the village used to be.
Experience modern living in this newly renovated two-storey apartment located at the back of the building. Decorated with light colours and modern furniture, this apartment can accommodate up to two people.
The ground floor of the apartment includes the living room that has a comfortable sitting area. There is also a small fridge, cooking rings and coffee making facilities available in the same area. The bathroom is located on the ground floor too and comes with a cabin shower.
An internal stairway takes you to the upper floor of the apartment where the bedroom is located. The bedroom comes with a double bed and a TV.
The apartment is air conditioned and there is free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the house.
Our guests can relax and enjoy the views of the village at the outdoor furnished patio right next to the apartment’s entrance.
